Subject: The First International Mountain Festival took place in summer 2002 in the Altai mountains. The participants of this Festival walked along reserved Altai paths, they saw Altai white water, described by N.Rerikh. The team of rescuers formed by the members of combined mountaineering team of republic Kazakhstan headed by Honored coach of the USSR and RK Ervad Ilyinskiy made a speed ascent to the highest point of Alati and Siberia – peak “Beluha”.
