Subject: The film tells about the first in the history of conquering the Antarctica expedition performed by a team of newcomers on the 4th of January 2000. The team started from the continent’s shore, walked 1200 km and reached the South Pole. Seven newcomers without any experience of traveling in polar latitudes had to survive in the most severe conditions on Earth.
