Subject: Climbing Portrait David Lama, a name that will pop up within the near future in numerous climbing magazines around Europe. The 13 year old son of a Nepalese sherpa and an Austrian mother is one of greatest talents this relatively young sport has evoked so far. In march 2003 with the age of 12, David Lama redpointed the route Halebopp in Arco/ Italy. By going so, he is the youngest climber ever that mastered this route. This portrait shows that even gifted with his skills the boy still is a normal youth with normal interests.
