Subject: Peoples, living inside the Polar Circle, are used to cold temperatures below 40-50 degrees Celsiuz. But when the temperature starts to rise, the know that spring is coming to their country. That is the best time to organize their Polar Festivla, special folk games and competition. Famous Slovene photographer and cameraman Stane Klemenc keeps visiting these peoples for the last four years. He has been accepted as one of their close friends and this enable him to shoot some extraordinary shots which were put together into a film by film director Tone Frelih.
