Subject: This is the story of Matt Dalziel, down river kayak champion who for the last three years has won one of the toughest bush triathlons in the world. Australia’s ‘Cradle to Coast’ is a three day, 350 kilometer expedition by foot, road bike and kayak, across some of Australia’s most rugged country. Each day, Matt is faced with new obstacles and challenges which push his body and mind beyond the limits. Matt describes his ever-changing states of mind as he faces this test of his own endurance.
