Graduate of English Academy, which is under the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. The student of State University – the Higher School of Economics. Participant of  sport expeditions to the Himalayas, Altai, Pamirs and  Fann Mountains.    

Olga Zoubkova - Producer

Dr. of Engineering Sciences. Producer and director of mountain and adventure films. The leader of the section of FilmFestivals of  Russian Academy of mountain, extreme and adventure films. The participant of expeditions to the Himalayas, Pamirs, the Tien-Shan, Altai, equatorial part of the Indian Ocean, to the Red and the Mediterranean Sea, high-altitude lake Sarez.

Mikhail Ermakov -  Painter, designer

The member of the Russian Designers' Union. Creator of the Festival's attribute and design. The leader of the section of painters of  Russian Academy of mountain, extreme and adventure films. The participant of expeditions to the Tien-Shan, the Caucasus, the Hibbini. Passion: windsurfing, downhill skiing.

Igor Yashin - Technical Director

A candidate to Master of Sports in mountaineering. Mountaineering Instructor. Testing engineer of cars. Camera man of Russian Television Company. The leader of the section of camera men of  Russian Academy of mountain, extreme and adventure cinema. The participant of expeditions to Himalayas, Pamirs, Tien-Shan, Fann Mountains. Participant of International Festivals (Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Slovakia)
